During the full moon festival, the residents of the cold peaks of Puncak Dingin gather to celebrate. For some, it means praying to ancestors for guidance; for others, catching up with family. For the culinarily inclined, it's the food market in the town center. Many vendors set up tents, tantalizing festival-goers with sumptuous fares. One stall, the Yakebab Kart, gathers the most customers with their specialty Doner Kebab. Succulent meat, spit-roasted on their grill, is shaved off and generously stuffed into wraps with crisp vegetables and luscious garlic sauce. Perfect for those craving warmth and heartiness!
